Most branches of NatWest/RBS will be doing something and usually that means dressing up/quizzes(not raffles cos of the law). The bank will normally match pound for pound what the branches do. They are also together with The One Show taking in "Pennies for Pudsey"(nearly misspelt that, pmsl).

Already donated, I save all of my loose change and every time children in need is on I empty the pig and bring the money to the bank. It actually gets emptied twice a year because I also empty it for christian aid. This year christian aid got £26.40 and children in need just under £40. My christmas present last year was 7 chickens donated to families in Africa, this year I am hoping to have enough to donate a pig. The main reason is 'what do you buy a man for ........?
Borrow money from a pessimist -- they don't expect it back.
