Where I work, every Tuesday evening we get a film out for the service users, which everyone enjoys. It's not just for the residents but for everyone - not that any of that matters regards to this film, just filling you in.
Thankfully, I let them choose the film - just incase it's bad, I don't want the blame lol
Tonight the choice was 'The Happening'.
Believe me, it wasn't 'happening'!
The acting was dreadful, the story line was crass and no real ending.
The one saving grace was it was only 80 minutes long!
Not one of us watching found anything good to say about it.
Not one person could say 'it wasn't that bad'. It was THAT bad.
When I returned it to Blockbuster, I commented on how bad we had found it and the customer next to me promptly swapped his copy for another film, so managed to save him 80 minutes of total let down.
