    Re: Very worthwhile cause

Oh Xena iam sure one of my reletives who speaks the queens english could find lots of problems with your posts. As a result this whole nation has become lazy and dont even speak anywhere close to the queens english we use to speak about 100 years ago.

Sorry if you feel that your job is more demanding but some nights even with a 2 year old son i get not an ounce of sleep as i am working on fundrasing and work relating to my service users.

Unless u fancy making a donation to the cause or even doing a few hours unpaid work and just seeing how demanding it is.
We, most of us have "demanding jobs" AND "children"

No, I don't fancy making a donation, I donate to who I wish to thank you! And in my eyes they are more worthy.

Sorry a bugbear of mine, can you not use text speak - I find it very hard to grasp.

:target: Wanna have a go at me as well Mrs Cool ?

It's extremley bad manners to arrive on a forum, accuse one of its members of lying and then to start insulting various other members.

If this was CAG you would have been moderated, and sent down the mines to work with the dwarves by now !!

Can I just remind people of the original point

                      Re: Very worthwhile cause

yes I know the original topic isn't half as interesting or entertaining (and will probably get about as many replies as condoms in a nunnery) but it just goes to show the magnanimousness (is that a word?), tolerance and general niceness of members and the site team here that we can find it in our hearts to allow new members the freedom of speech that can only be dreamt of elsewhere.

I will pass the sick bucket round later for anyone who needs it.

All I can say is since I joined this forum, my spelling has been made fun of (very friendly) and because I support the CAG and thought I would ask people to support a sister site, people have been very dismissive of my request (which is your perogative, however I didnt expect to be ridiculed); until I joined I had no idea that Amethyst was the person suing CAG and that she was a site member of this site.

Had I known I wouldnt have ventured here.....thanks to the "magnaminousness" and the "tolerance and niceness of members" on this site I will not be returning.

                          Re: Very worthwhile cause

I would just like to ask why you would come here in the first place and ask for funds to fight a battle against one of our own team? Then you expect to be admired; you have actually put yourself foward asking to be riddiculed.

Sorry but if you ask for riddicule over here you get it plentyful.

can we consider this thread :closed_2:
Borrow money from a pessimist -- they don't expect it back.

Thanks for confirming what I have just posted! And here I thought that the purpose of both Legal Beagle and CAG was to help and support vunerable people deal with DCA's and their unbusiness like practices, as I thought there was a shared/common goal I had thought to seek support.

I did not expect to be "admired" nor "riduculed!

                            Gbye!

You have twice now mentioned that you are going and not coming back, yet you are still here - you are not Tony Blair are you?

This site does many things, including helping and supporting those who need it and it also has places like this where people can discuss any subject they like. This particular thread was begun by a member seeking support for CAG and is allowed to remain, despite the fact that it is a member of ours who is pursuing CAG for an apology - I wonder if the same privilege would be afforded on CAG?

Hi amethyst, over on CAG BF has written to your solicitor (as i'm sure you're aware) inviting you to engage in discussion on the matter on the CAG forum. Will you accept that invitation as I personally think it would help resolve matters?
