Well ... I have been in (used to be) glorious Devon for the best part of 2 weeks now and I have yet to see the sun. I certainly haven't seen a pair of shorts, vest top or indeed a swimsuit!! I have seen and worn plenty of jogging pants and sweatshirts.
We have had rain, rain, more rain, even more rain and, yes, you've guessed ... MORE RAIN!!!
I can't bear it any longer
... whoever has the sun PLEASE put it back. I have one more week to go and I am seriously in need of some UV rays (good or bad, I care not).
I have a boat that has been stuck on a mooring all this time and just to say we've been on it, hubby and I sat on the mooring, had lunch and came back again. This is just SOoo awful.
Please God it brightens up next week otherwise all my claims for charges will become irrelevant as I will have killed myself
