Britain could win its first gold on Saturday with judo star Craig Fallon, 25, among the favourites to win the extra lightweight final which takes place at 11am BST

There are six other gold medals up for grabs on Saturday in the men's cycling road race, fencing, shooting and weightlifting but Britain is not expecting to win medals in any other events.

Well peeps I am now officially 'knackered' all this 2 am every day is now getting to me, but I am determined and will see all of it.

Got to own up, actually the TV is on in the bedroom and I'm waking up watching a bit and going back to sleep so its not all bad really, and its no different to normal anyway as I've slept with the TV on all night for years and years.

So anyway our equestrian team arn't doing too bad are they! Oh and Tom Daley bless him and his partner in the syncronised diving just couldn't get it quite right. Hey Ho !

We won a gold in the swimming this morning.

Nicole Cook has had a lot of practice for her race yesterday. Being relatively local to Swansea, she would have been well used to cycling in monsoon conditions

Great Britain's three-day eventers have won the team bronze medal in Hong Kong, with Kristina Cook then adding a second bronze in the individual event.
