      I am not sure showergirl, that it is saying anything else about other firms, and I am sure there are reports from governing bodies of plumbers, shopkeepers and the like for treating customers fairly. EXC, has merely highlighted on aspect which this site has relied heavily on, ie Banks and Financial institutions. To be honest it is a bit boring to read the report but I am certain that with a bit of fortitude you can get to the end of it.

        This is all equally applicable to "new" creditors. In other words, debt purchasers, you are under the same obligations, whether you like it or not.
