FCA publishes a Discussion Paper on the client money distribution rules and the Speci

We have today published a Discussion Paper seeking feedback on the FCA Client Assets sourcebook, specifically the client money distribution rules (CASS 7A), and how these rules work with the Special Administration Regime (SAR).
