    Research published by the FCA reveals that some vulnerable consumers seeking help from financial providers are meeting ‘a computer says no’ approach, putting them at risk of further detriment.

    Shocking to read that vulnerable people can be treated so badly. It has been a thorn in my side for ages the - 'computer says no' attitude. People are are all individuals and should be treated as such. ie. One shoe does not fit all.
