    How to avoid FSA waiver questions--MP's guide

    I cannot post this guide because there is a test case ongoing and the FSA are dealing with the waiver (they told me that they spoke to consumer groups and the banks and they all said it was fine apart a few issues including how to spell waiver or waifer).

    Apologies that I am unable to explain further but it would be inappropriate to comment due to the OFT test case.
