On 21 July 2025, Fund Ourselves Limited (FOL) was placed into administration. Louise Brittain and Robert Young of Azets Holdings Limited were appointed as Joint Administrators.
Fund Ourselves Limited mainly operated as a lender of high-cost short-term credit loans. It also operated a small peer-to-peer lending platform and facilitated crowdfunded loans that were used to finance high-cost short-term credit loans.The Joint Administrators have been appointed to wind down the firm in an orderly way in the interests of its creditors. They will be writing to all known creditors shortly to explain what this means and how to make a claim.On 11 April 2025, we took action against FOL to restrict its assets and its permissions to carry out regulatory activities.The firm is no longer lending or accepting peer-to-peer investments. However, all existing loan agreements remain in place and the Joint Administrators will update customers as soon as possible. Any payment arrangements currently in place will not be affected and customers should continue to make payments as normal.We are engaging with the firm and the Joint Administrators to seek to ensure the best outcomes for customers. Customers who are struggling financially can get free and impartial guidance from MoneyHelper.Customers and retail investors of FOL are generally not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS).
