On 30 April 2025, Wellesley & Co Limited (WCL) entered administration with Damian Webb, Stephanie Sutton and Jack Plunkett of RSM UK Restructuring Advisory LLP appointed as joint administrators.
WCL promoted and arranged investments in property developments to the UK retail market. On 10 September 2020, we placed restrictions on WCL, stopping it from promoting or arranging any new investments and disposing of any assets. These restrictions will remain in place while the firm is in administration.WCL is owned and controlled by Wellesley Group Investors Limited (WGIL).WGIL is also the parent and controller of Wellesley Group Limited (WGL).WGL is the controller of the following entities:Wellesley & Co Limited (WCL)Wellesley Finance Limited (WFL)Wellesley Invest Services LimitedWellesley Bridging Co LimitedFreshford Mill LimitedCloverleaf 374 Limited WCL is the only company which is regulated by the FCA. All other companies are not regulated by the FCA.WGIL and WGL entered administration on 10 March 2025.
