On 23 October 2023, Novaloans Ltd (trading as Cash4UNow) went into administration. Mike Kienlen and DarylWarwick of Armstrong Watson LLP have been appointed as Joint Administrators.
Novaloans Ltd (trading as Cash4UNow) was an online only, high-cost short-term lender.
The firm is no longer lending. However, all existing loan agreements remain in place and the Joint Administrators will update customers as soon as possible.
If you have any questions about your loan or the administration, please contact the Joint Administrators on help@armstrongwatson.co.uk.
The firm’s administration doesn't change the payment terms and conditions of customers’ loans, these are the same as when the loan was taken out. The firm remains subject to the same regulatory rules and requirements as it did before its administration.
The Joint Administrators have instructed Credit Resource Solutions Ltd (trading as 'COEO') to collect all outstanding loans. COEO can be contacted via:
Telephone:01422 324510
Email: info@creditresourcesolutions.co.uk
Onlineaycrs.co.uk
COEO support: support.mycrs.co.uk
Customers should continue to make repayments as normal. Failure to do so could affect your credit records. Any payment arrangements currently in place won't be affected. We're in regular contact with the firm and the Joint Administrators regarding the fair treatment of customers.
If you're finding it difficult to make your repayments, contact COEO as soon as possible on 01422 324510. Talking to your lender will not affect your credit file, and they can support you. If you agree an arrangement with them, this will be reflected on your credit file. But this would also happen if you miss payments. You can also get free and impartial guidance from MoneyHelper.
Novaloans Ltd’s customers won't be covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) as consumer credit lenders aren't covered by the scheme.
The Joint Administrators will give more details about how any complaints will be dealt with in due course.
If you're looking for an alternative firm to provide a loan, you should only deal with FCA authorised firms. If you're unsure whether a firm is authorised, check the Financial Services Register.
