The Financial Ombudsman Service has today announced that Nausicaa Delfas, Executive Director of International and interim Chief Operating Officer, has been appointed as the organisation’s interim Chief Executive and Chief Ombudsman. Nausicaa will take up the role in mid-May.
The FCA has already announced that Stephanie Cohen will join the FCA’s Executive Committee, taking up the role of Chief Operating Officer in early June.
Nikhil Rathi,Chief Executive of the FCA, said: 'This is a fantastic opportunity for Nausicaa, and the Financial Ombudsman Service is very lucky to have her. I wish her the very best in her new role.'
