Hi- as above they have no licence , but supply financial products. overdrafts, loans etc* to businesses-ltd /sole traders/partnerships - i dont think this is right. If they can effectively lend to individuals either as a sole trader or as, a primary person mentioned in an indemnity on a ltd co lending. There is no protection and no regulation and they are acting way out of* order -especially with covid 19 - how can a company that* lends millions not need a licence with the FCA?
