    Even is this were the case, the courts would have to set a hearing date and you would not get a court date for at least 2 to 3 months if you were lucky enough for the courts to resume without the Test Case result. I think the date of Feb 28th was the date they believed they would have the Judges Judgment and as we all know the case has dragged on and it started late so now the result will not be known for at least 6-8 weeks.
