    I believe if more and more people complained to the OFT regarding these unscrupulous lenders i.e Capstone/Acenden, then hopefully things will happen about fining them, just like Redstone, Gmac, Deutsche Bank. Because, at the moment they are slipping through the FOS and FSA net, and I don't know why. I have complained to the FOS, emailed the OFT and also my local MP. It is their horrendous hyped up charges/ fees as well as just falling behind slightly with the mortgage payments, they do not want to know about interest only payments but REPOSSESSION. I know as, unfortunately it has happened to me.
