Ryanair minority stake in AER Lingus: OFT believes it is 'in time' to consider acquis

The OFT has written to Ryanair Holdings plc setting out that it believes it is 'in-time' to review the company's acquisition of a minority interest in Aer Lingus Group plc, which was acquired over the period September 2006 to August 2007.
