OFT refers local bus services to Competition Commission

The OFT has referred UK local bus services, excluding London and Northern Ireland, to the Competition Commission (CC). This decision follows consultation on the results of an OFT market study into the industry.

I know its something of a soundbite, but isnt it a pity they didnt do the same with the banks !!
