    wasnt the judge to decide on historic terms and conditons in regard to penalties about now?

    No, sorry Borgbaiter.

    The Judgement for historic terms is expected within about 3 months following the 7th 8th 9th July hearing.

    It was the PCA report from the OFT that was originally expected about now but as you know this was actually issued earlier than expected.
