Yes PT my firm has also had several of these cases too which were very quickly resolved to the client's satisfaction.

It tends to be secondary debt purchasers who seem to be mostly to blame. Also had several cases where they are suing for a credit agreement which doesn't exist and is actually with a different lender - they are interesting cases too.
