    Hi

    My partner had 2 loans with a bank. The first in 2001 had the CCA Right to Cancel box struck out and the second in 2004, had the loan agreement marked as Non-Cancellable. Under what circumstances is this legal? The first loan was for £5000 to buy a car and the second loan was a consolidation of the first and to pay off overdraft and bank charges. It doesn't sound legal under CCA, unless it was a property deal, however, I would welcome your view. thanks
