      The bit I am struggling with here is, do they know their claim is full of holes & just rely on bully tactics or is it possible they do not know themselves what is good claim ?

      Why do the courts accept these claims ?

        There was talk of new rules preventing claimants simply chucking a load of names and amounts at a court and calling it a ‘case’ but after months of dithering it has been 'diluted'. –I hope this link to the original thread works! http://www.legalbeagles.info/forums/...tion-Protocols
