      Perhaps when professional representation is available to defendants without excessive cost.

        indeed although fortunately we were able to get involved here plus we recovered all of the costs in full.

            Where does the court come in when a professional claimant can not even produce the correct documentation against an LiP (ECJ Pannon) or not am confused ?
