Sorry to hear about your loss, good to see your back.

The 'biggie' has to be the Post Office Scandal. It highlights everything that is wrong with the 'Justice System' and a lot more.

      Thanks buddy.

Indeed, what happened to the post masters is a disgrace, im saddened that the legal system let them down, but im also very familiar with self represented litigants getting hung out by the rules.

Ill say one thing though, the caravan park industry is a bigger problem than you think. Its not as big as post office, but there are huge injustices that are taking place....

        Good to see you back.

I totally agree. The criminal courts have got serious questions to answer about how they convicted sub postmasters for theft without any evidence. Same as they have about how excruciatingly slow they are in overturning them.

I've been following the park homes scandal in Private Eye. Alfie Best seems to figure quite prominently.

You know the saying, 'you couldn't make it up', well 'they did', literally.

Postmasters were 'bullied' into pleading 'guilty' by a big company.

If the 'scales' of Justice were 'fair' that wouldn't happened.

Fujitsu had Remote Access to Horizon system.

Hi PT, Wow, it's great to see you continuing your work. Likewise, I've been off the radar for a long while too (some 10yrs overall) and still bitter over some of the injustices I had to face which you know all about. Sorry to hear of your family losses.

I've also been watching the Post Office Inquiry and I only wish some of those so called 'professionals' I came across and had bent the truth so many times could have been put infront of Jason Beer and his colleagues, they would not have been so smug with their 'wins' in court and would have found themselves under lock and key for sure.

For anyone who doesn't know PT, he was for me an amazing support during a very long and costly fight which had a very serious impact for me and many others. Words do not justify this mans efforts and knowledge to get the truth across for which I am eternally grateful. These were tough fights, some we won, some were lost, but it wasn't for the want of trying on zero budgets against the deep pocket litigators who were the lowest of the low when it came to morals and professionalism - some of which can be recognised in the Post Office inquiry and their so called legal team...

Great to see you back PT.
