    Bought my council house

    Hi, 4 years ago we bought our house, at the time it was under a housing association which bought all the council houses in the area. We bought under the right to buy scheme and the monies went to the council to be sent to London. My question is would there be anything that the council can do to take the house back from us, has we are having so much trouble with a neighbour who worked for the council in a high up position and still is linked to them. The property still has a small mortgage but we paid just over half of our own money to buy this house. Is there anyway they could take the house back?
