No surprises really, just more questions & some very big ones over how consumer accounts have been kept on high interest in the name of paying for other mistakes...........
Are the "big boys" involved, looks like it & especially regulation in the form of government & the BOE. We ask why they do not act, perhaps this is one of the reasons.
