    Very disputing refunding items that were never delivered and have added charges onto my account. I will be pursuing it further as they've twice said they will not be applying the appropriate credit to my account therefore should I pay the arrears fees and then reclaim them when this goes further or not pay as a statement that this amount and charges is not liable to me
