Default CCJ i didn't know about
Hello everyone,
I'm moving homes and when i had my references checked i found out that i have a CCJ against me. It is registered on a previous address, i was not living there for more then 6 months so obviously I couldn't defend myself. The CCJ was issued on 25/08/2016 and the claimant is a company called Lowell acting on behalf of Three Uk(mobile phone company). The claim is for 484£ for a debt they saying i had in 2011. I don't remember having any problems with Three, i have a contract with them for more than 6 years, i'm still they're costumer, so i don't owe any money.
Can you please advice me what can i do to defend myself and have this CCJ removed?
