    Hi I received a letter saying it's my final notice ccj is in arrears it's for jd Williams catalogue there demanding payment in full and saying more action will be taken which includes bailiffs a charging order and attachment of my earnings this is the first letter I've received off them before a Lowell portfolio was dealing with it it says I can't pay the arrears in full like it's stating can anyone advise me please also can they send bailiffs ?

    When was judgment given?

    Have you been paying the judgment order?

    How much is claimed?

    BW Legal are solicitors instructed by Lowell.

    Can you please post a copy of BW's letter after removing the name address and claim number.
