    Has anyone had any experience of this ,Lloyds has sold my ccj to link financial after paying it for 6 years with no missed payments , does link have any legal claim to the money without the original documents ,I obtained the loan originally on line so didn't sign any thing

    Did you defend the original claim by Lloyds? Since you say that you've been paying them (Lloyds) for six years after the CCJ suggests you may not have, or you may have contested the claim but lost in court or you may have done nothing in response to the claim at the time so received a Default Judgment. Please clarify the history of the CCJ.

    The fact that the CCJ has been assigned to a new owner may not mean you have a second chance to fight the original claim. But let's not rule that out yet.

    You say you didn't sign anything at the time because you applied for the loan account online, can you say whether this was before or after May 2005.
