    Reclaiming interest from car finance

    Hi can anyone help please
    I have had a car on finance from the dreaded credit4 cars and paid my agreement of in full 5 days ago
    I have subsequently heard that because they have not sent any statements to me in the 3 years of the finance I can claim the interest back on the term of the finance??? Is this correct?
    I have received one statement 6 weeks ago from shoosmiths llp but that is the only one I have had!!!!
