Can anyone help?i used to have a Vodafone contract that was ok one day my phone stopped making calls or recovering calls ,when I spoke to Vodafone they said they had cut me off till I pay my bill which was not due for three weeks it was £160 pounds which I was willing to pay but only if they turned my phone back on to which they refused so I told them to cancel my contract his was over three years ago now I have Lowell solicitors demanding £356 I did say to Vodafone at the time lets go to court and argue as I feel they broke my contract by blocking all calls on my phone three weeks before the bill was due ??????can anyone help or advise me on the best route to take???
