I bought a car from Mercedes Benz but at the point of sale I was not informed the cars first engine had to be replaced. I feel the info was kept from me so they could charge me more for the car! Could I be entitled to some form of compensation ie. Paying less monthly or maybe get my deposit back or perhaps both

    Hi and welcome.
Why would replacing the original (faulty?) engine devalue the vehicle?
