What are you looking to reclaim? PPI?
Packaged account is what he is looking at judging from a reduced amount on the loan. He needs to go through the whole of the benefits on offer at the time of the loan and to look at both the "benefits" and whether he double covered ie travel insurance taken out even though part of the acccount, roadside recovery if taken out or if no car, etc etc,.
Although it might be interesting for him to look for the PPI stuff as well on that loan cos that might have been missold"Family means that no one gets forgotten or left behind"

The bank have said that I benefited from the reduced overdraft rate in which saved me approx £250.

Re: Natwest
Hi
Natwest have just repaid me all my fees for packaged account. £1998.89 fees plus 1011.94 interest less tax at 20%
I sent one e-mail and received a phone call saying they would repay. My daughter sent same e-mail but they rejected her claim?
