Defaulting on credit report but making payments....

Hi, I`m sorry if this has been covered before, I`ve been paying lowel through bryan carter for the last 2 months, but when i check on noddle.co.uk my credit report is saying i`m defaulting for june, july.....I dont know how to fix this? i`ve written to them,but really dont expect much of a reply. Is this a common problem? i`ve created a dispute with noddle too,
