hi not to sure where to post this . as I was nearing bankruptcy I claimed ppi on all my accounts and was paid out on most . I paid the ppi to some of my debts and then couple months went by and the rest Lloyds and mbna declined . I filed for bankruptcy feb 2013 and discharged feb 2014 , now 2 days ago I got a letter from Lloyds saying the got it wrong and reassessed my claim and said they owed me just over 1000 .but because I was under a insolvency at the time and they checked for ppi Lloyds have paid my money to the bankruptcy company who say they need to see if it will be cost effective to open my case and pay the money to my debitors . now as far as I see it I was officialy discharged . I phoned the fso and they gave me a phone number 0300 678 0015 and said it was some ministers office and see where I stand .. any help guys

I have had the same problem? Except first time round they did pay PPI to me (after bankruptcy) They have reassessed and said they owe more but have paid this to insolvency? Did you get anywhere with your case?

yes I got it back from iva , they sent it back to Lloyds and instructed them to pay it to me . but they checked first to see if I was owed anything else just in case . remember I was a discharged bankrupt . if your not you will lose it
