M and S p p i questionnaire

I have just received the above questionnaire. I have already sent them a copy of my m and s card application which shows that I clearly ticked the box stating I did not want payment protection. This then means that virtually every question has already been answered or is completely irrelevant. I am tempted to reply by letter stating this and returning the questionnaire uncompleted.
Any advice as to whether this is the right course of action would be gratefully received.
