Hi 123ab, & welcome to Legal Beagles.

You mention on numerous occasions that your main complaint is that you were not pre-warned about the alleged disciplinary meeting.
However, I can't see any reason given as to why the employer would feel it necessary to discipline you in the first place.
Perhaps, in order to give a more holistic opinion, you could fill in the gaps?
Or have I missed something?

I also noticed that you said you were in week 3 of employment. I am afraid to say that as such you have little or no employment protection. Without the facts I do not feel that I could sign any such petition

I will try to prepare a short video containing evidence of the things I refer to in the petition. I'll try to do this over the weekend. I hope that after seeing the evidence people will start to sign the petition.

Oh gawd, Cloggy - give the bu99er a chance !!! Let's at least wait until the video comes out. You never know - THAT may be where his true vocation lies, and his erstwhile employer may have done him - and them - a favour.

Decca rejected the Beatles, but took on the Stones. WhoppaXXX rejected Bill-K, but I might yet find someone in the vid-biz who is prepared to stand up for the little guy... :tung:

Yeah.....close, Chaz, I guess - but I'm more of a 'Thelwell' Shetland pony, TBH. Very frisky, though. I played the greasy guy in the Lily Allen vid (PS - Thanx 4 ur tip about Grecian 20000 - that, and Brylcreem, got me the gig)
