Now they’re using my tenant rent money to distribute amongst themselves and have paid one administrator $800 ..
- Home Purchased in 2007: This home is solely in my mother’s name. I paid for it, but my mother signed for it due to her better credit.
2. Family Dispute: My brother and sister are trying to claim both homes. Prior to my mother's passing, my brother attempted to lock me out of the 2008 home. After a recent surgery, when he confronted me aggressively, I had to pull my firearm for protection to regain access to my home. I immediately called the police, but this incident has been mischaracterized.
3. Allegations and Legal Challenges:
- My brother is falsely accusing me of stealing my mother's jewelry and cash, despite evidence that my sister had already taken items from her. I have been unjustly labeled a thief by the court, which is extremely damaging to my mental well-being.
