Statue Barr ?

Had a debt for Ł2805-34 over 15 years ago. Never paid it off. Credit card. After all this time I have heard from a debt company demanding payment. Never engaged in any correspondence. What do I do ?

If you've not paid or acknowledged the debt in the last 6 years (provided there is no CCJ), the debt is statute barred.

Send the following, make sure you get Proof of Postage -
