Hi I would be really grateful for any advice. I have phone insurance through my bank account which I pay for monthly. I sent my phone off for a screen replacement I received the phone back and unfortunately dropped it again . I took it to a local provider who fixed it and advised that a metal plate in my phone had been removed and a carbon strip that should have been removed was left on. I complained to the insurance company who told me that they destroyed the part and that it’s their property and I have to accept it. Any advice on what I can do?
