I have received a letter from DWF about being fine for shoplifting in M&S it states that I stole £485 which really isn’t true, and they even said it wasn’t that much when stopped me, also I don’t have the products as they wouldn’t let me pay for them!
The letter I have received states I need to pay £600, do I need to pay this? I’m happy to pay the £125 as the company ain’t out of pocket as they still have the items
