Id like some advice following a notice to quit given to me for simply asking the committee for fencing to secure a Allotment. Ive had the site for almost three months and have sent 7 emails both polite and respectful, inquiring on when they'd be available after being told several time the items was there only to be told no next week which never happened. I received a first and final warning for this. I spoke in person with them asking for this warning to be removed as they tell me its harassing and demanding. They told me to see the committee the following month only two days after this I receive a notice to quit for harassment. This isn't a council run Allotment . I wish to provide my correspondence in order to prove my emails was neither harassing or demanding but it seems their dont want me to show the committee members as it would look bad on them, I believe.

Hi Kellyann
Welcome to LB
You need to check the Rules that apply to the allotments. There should be Rules that allow an Appeal.
Get a chronology of the events, gather evidence, make your case. They've clearly taken an affront
to your request for a 'fence' because you've only been there a very short time.

Thank you for the response. I've been told ,I need 12 signatures of those on the site in order to appeal only I dont know that many as I'm new to the site. Also not to contact 'them' again via email.
I greatly appreciate any insight and help.

They wrote a monthly report stating I'd demanded materials, I believe they tried to do this to turn residents against me. I asked to show all my emails to the committee to prove this wasn't the case yet they rushed the 'notice to quit through ' so attempting to stop me providing evidence to overture this false accusation. Ive spent much time ,money and the eggs in the incubator are almost ready to hatch. My Grandchildren are awaiting to go on the land but I wont let them until its secured since its not safe to until then. Thanks for the advice, I will do what you've advised and will provide a follow up on this situation.
Kind regards
