Hello I’m new to this site and I’m seeking help and advice.
im currently going through a planning application. So far all the e main people such as highways and trees and my own parish council have no problem. A few days ago a neighbouring parish council uploaded their letter onto the planning portal regarding my application.
now in the letter they only refer to my property and my family by our ethnicity. They don’t use our names or the property name at all.
two- everything they said was a lie. It can be proven as lies.
I’ve emailed the council 3 times with no reply and when o called the chairman he said he would not reply As he doesn’t think it’s racist.
what can I do?
