  • Agencies employing Foreign workers on temporary contracts

We have recently had a number of clients at our Bureau who have been recruited in Eastern Europe apparently by an Agency sending them to Argos, we have also had experience of workers recruited by the 24/7 Agency. They tell us that after a short period, usually less than 3 months they receive no further offers of work. In addition they are not receiving P45's and often experience difficulty in recovering pay due to them. We would be very interested to hear from anyone who has witnessed this kind of outcome either by 24/7 or any other Agency
