Some of the group may remember Peter Wright, user name OPORTO who joined Legal Beagles in 2007.
I have learnt that this member who had previously held a high ranking position in the Met Flying Squad was not all that he seemed. He had worked on many big cases including the Kray twins case.
As he lived only a couple of miles from me I was introduced to him by Jules who started this group.
Oporto let everyone including myself believe he had been an DCI until he retired, when he had in fact lost his Police pension after being kicked out of the force many, many years before retirement.
There seems to be a blanket reluctance to disclose why he lost his job.
Its come to light that as well as being violent he had lots of debts, owed money to many people including a considerable amount to me, and lied and lied through his teeth to avoid paying.
I obtained a CCJ against him, but he passed away and dies penniless before it could be enforced.
He was a master of deception. I hope no other members have been deceived by him
