Abbey will no longer let borrowers with small deposits add the cost of arrangement fees to their mortgage.

I suppose it makes sense, what with increasing arrangement fees across the whole mortgage market. Lenders offering 95% loans could end up at 100% or even more, at the moment, in some cases if they allow fees (and HLC, if applicable) to be added to the loan.
