    Whilst this is scarcely new practice, and not restricted to B&B, it's a bit poor to just send out a generic "here are all our new interest rates" without making it clear which account is which.

    It's not obvious from B&B's website, either, what's going on. If you opened an account when it was in its first incarnation, it would be unlikely to have been called "Internet Saver (1)" which is what it's now been re-named in the list of accounts: Savings - Savings Products rates table - Savings Accounts with Bradford Bingley.

    As a comparison, A&L's interest rate checking facility http://www.alliance-leicester.co.uk/...ct=savingsmenu is simplicity itself to use - you just have to enter the first three digits of your account number and you get the relevant rates, and no other rates. Surely that has to be a "best practice" minimum?
