The surprise is that it tells you hardly anything that you want to know. First 3 paragraphs is about things already known with an unknown source saying "surprise, surprise!". They might have well have reported on the FSA chief dressing as a clown for his grandchild's birthday and then talked about the Bank Of England. Not very good from the Indie, I expected better.
