    self indulgence SRA = no good to the man in the street who has complaints against claimants solicitors and proceedings, not fit for human purpose.

      Agreed!

      Compare them to GasSafe - if one of their members puts a toe out of line, & a complaint is made, HSE are down on them like a ton of sh........shumthing or other!!
